Hi everyone, wondered if anyone has had the same problem. My pain started in between my shoulder blades when lying down. It were painful to cough, but I were fine standing. A few days on, its gotten a lot worse, pain constantly, doesn't ease with ibuprofen, painful when driving, sitting, lying down and especially trying to get up or turn in bed. Now my neck is sore and I'm unable to look left, my left arm goes numb and I don't know if its related but I've been feeling quite sickly too!
The problem is, I have a baby who is 9month old, and he is solid and extremely heavy, so with him not being able to walk etc yet, I cant really rest my back and im finding it impossible and very painful getting him about my daily routine! Does anyone have an idea what I've done to my Neck or back due to lifting my baby?? Thanks
