  • I'd hoped accupuncture would given me recovery lasting more than an hour...I know it is great for some folks which is why I was optimistic and tried it (three times)..I have a couple more appts that I'll keep for my portfolio of pain mgtment..thankfully my insurance pays for it...IF I had to pay out of pocket I would of been disappointed. ; (
Pain mgtment is a garden variety of treatments..so try it but have realistic expectations. BTW...I'm sticking with Physical Therapy! b/c..started a new sciatica flare up ,,, yikes! So painful and back to pain mgtment Doc...doing everything to avoid surgery. Is it just me or does it appear that once you have that 1rst surgery,,, youll be back? I keep seeing follow up surgeries.
