hi havin acdf on 27 and have a court date feb 4 will that be a prob

so having acdf on c4-c5 neck and well got a big surprise from my state rep who called me to say that within a week of calling him/letting him know about my probs showing proof of were I stated multiple times too doctors that this was work related in sep 2012 ...well they talked to the workmans comp director and well ive got a hearing for feb 4 instead of a 1year too more out ....so my ? is will I be ok to be in court and to be driven back and forth please let me know ............


  • This is a hard thing to determine. It all depends on how you are feeling. If you feel good and travel ok, you might be fine. Might be difficult to sit that long.

    Many doctors dont let their patients drive until the 3 week mark.
    I would talk to your doctor now to understand their restrictions on your driving.
