2nd fusion 2 years ago, new problems developing...worried

I had my second surgery back in 2013, and all seemed well. Over the last few years though (and i never connected the two), I started to develop some strange head pressure which ultimately led to panic attacks. Bad stuff.

Ive now come to think this has been related to my surgery. I went to a doc and he did xrays and said the fusions look ok, and set me up to go to physical therapy. Well, rather than go to PT, I decided to try stretching exercises on my own, etc. My head doesnt tilt much to the left, to a slowly pulled it and felt it give a little - in a strange way. hard to describe, but no pain though.

Since then, I have started to feel the pins and needles again in my arms and even my right leg. Not bad, and they seem to have gotted a little better over the last couple of days. My left arm never bothered me before, but i can feel it now. I think I may have done something bad. It may be the anxiety too, but my neck and back feel cold sometimes. Im freaking out.

Because of the anxiety, Im becoming more of a hypochondriac than anything lately. But I am worried that I did something really stupid. Should I go back and tell the doc what happened, or just let it ride and try to relax? Am I in any kind of danger?

Also from the original problem, Im being treated for migraines. Has anyone developed migraines from having fusions done? Mine were (I think) C3-4-5
