New things popping up- numb feeling and falling asleep in legs

Last September I had ACDF at C5/C6. Shortly afterwards I started getting horrible headaches and increased pain at the base of my skull. I was seeing a PT for a while and he tried dry needling (didn't work) and other exercises. My shoulders are constantly a mess from the pain in my neck. The pain now goes down to my mid back. I can barely stand in one spot for long and it makes it difficult to cook because the pain gets so bad. I suspect Fibro also because of all the trigger spots in my shoulders and back. Well back to the point. I ran out of PT that my insurance is willing to pay for a few months ago so I went back to the chiropractor that I was seeing before the surgery with my surgeon's blessing as long as the adjustments were careful and not at the fusion site. He is giving up also because there is no improvement after the adjustments and if there is any improvements, it only lasts a day or two. In the last few months while I was still seeing the PT, my feet would fall asleep. It was especially irritating when I am walking when it happens. Now in the last couple of weeks, I keep getting this numbing sensation in my legs kind of like how your face feels when the dentist numbs it. It doesn't affect me walking at all and that's when it usually starts. I constantly feel like things are crawling on me but it could be the medications making me feel this way. I have an MRI scheduled for Wednesday and I hope we get some answers to all of this. Does anyone else getting these sensations of numbness or constant falling asleep?
