A proposal for signature data

Many of us curious about other's medical condition, the treatment and the result.
For example MRI: Jul2013 C4-C5 severe stenosis, JAN2014 ACDF, Result: happy with surgery, most pain is gone.

It gives us data to help decide. I am always able to follow the surgery posts and I get confused between different patients and sometimes folks stops updating and i keep wondering whether he/she recovered and get on his/her life. May be I missed a post.
MRI shows C4-C7 severe steonosis. Pain in hand.
