It's been 8 years since fusion scoliosis surgery, having severe nerve damage pain!

I was 17 years old when I had my scoliosis fusion surgery at [edit] in Plano, tx.
Although I have suffered severe nerve damage pain in only my left leg, I have now been having severe back pain.
Does anyone have any good recommendations on a doctor in my area? I live in Richmond,TX area.
I take tramadol here and there, and my family doctor has prescribed me Gabapentin 300mg BID .
It does help with my leg, but I have found that the tramadol is the oNLY thing that has helped with my back pain. I am wondering if something is wrong with my titanium rods.... I am now 25 years old, with 2 children.
4 year old, and an 8 month old. I am beginning to think having my kids, via caesarean, is why my back is hurting. That is when it started to hurt more and more often. If anyone has advice, or been in my shoes, please comment.

Also, I am a LVT, so my job does require me to do a lot of heavy lifting and what-not. I work in a small clinic, which offers no type of insurance. I am currently under my dads insurance, but that will run up in November, once I turn 26. >:(
