    Keep in mind that by the time a human is 20 years old we have developed Arthritis. Everyone I know that has had an MRI of the spine done (ages 20-45) the report notes Arthritis. This is very common and nothing to be alarmed about. You are doing the right thing by getting a second opinion. Good luck with everything.
