yes I'm new to all of this, just had my MRI scan today been in pain for years, but 11 weeks ago couldn't take it anymore.
Fed up with all my pain killers. 25 years ago I was very fit and one day I hurt my back. Doctors in the UK told me you've pulled a muscle, some years later they then said you have a herniated disc. Ok things hurt it changed my life style but I continued. Then developed diabities I believe though not training because of my back. I asked for an MRI I was told I'd have to Waite up to 5 weeks but was luckily enough to get a cancellation today. But I was in so much pain I couldn't lie on my back so had to lie on my side the guy said it will be fine.? So just hoping for the best. Had to get this off my chest thanks for listening.
