Mine does and I wonder if I should be worried. It started hurting after removing tape after I got it cleaned out. It hurts under the incision line and NOT, i repeat NOT, where I had to have it cleaned out.

  • yep mine does sometime. I was told after it healed up to rub the incision area a couple of times a day. I got mederma gel adn use that. It has helped a great deal.
  • so sorry you having pain.
i did not have a 360 done but posterior.
mine never really bothered me just sore.

now as for front incisions i of course had 2 for the c-sections. they were very sore for awhile. all that muscle underneath is healing and trying to get back to normal.
if any concern with increased pain please call the dr and just mention it to them.
they may tell you its normal your may want to see ya.

    hang in there
    good luck!

  • Hey Cosmic!

I too have incision pain but it is NOT at the surface incision. I feel mine under my surface incision and it traverses perpendicularly from about two inches above the incision to about three inches below the incision line. I figure this is where the internal stitches are located and healing. I read on some site of people having their internal stitches not completely dissolve and then the remnants become "foriegn" and attacked by your body and surface up as little pustules.
  • That makes sense. I already had one that ticked my body off and had to be removed. i've never had an issue with them before. i guess things were going so smooth that something had to create a road bump. oh well! If this is the worst i go through with my surgery I am very blessed.

  • My incision still hurts. Not all the time but it does still get sore. I talked to my doctor about it at my 3 month visit and he seemed to think that was normal. Nothing is infected or looks strange. He said it would get better with time.

    Hope that helps!
