L5 S1 disc bulg can cause inguinal groin pain?

I'm having disc bulg L5 S1 severe pain in back,left leg left hip,specially in traveling pain always becomes worse.i want to know is this bulg can cause severe pain in my groin?becuase i'm facing worse pain in my left part of groin,i had a mild vericocele in my left testis but now diagnosed by surgery 2 weeks ago,but still i'm having severe pain in my left side of groin and my surgon says every thing is fine,i had a lot of investigation test before vericocele surgery scrotum ultrasound in wich i got mild left vericocele,inguinal ultrasound normal,inguinal CT scan normal Spinal MRI shows L5 S1 disc bulg. guys what to do,facing this problem from last 3 years
