    The point to Liz's warning always holds true.   What may work for one person may not work at all for another person.
    That is why it is so important for us to warn members in regards to supplements, exercises, etc that other members suggest.

    We have seen this before, when a member does something that another member suggests and winds up creating a problem for themselves.

    Therefore, our warning always applies
