Fentanyl Patch

I have had two.failed back surgeries last a fusion.I have had lung cancer and breast cancer and was using fentanyl patch with success and Perocet 10 for breakthrough pain but the pain doctor took me off of the patch and Percocet 10s and now I'm living in hell how long does this withdrawal go on the reason why he gives me no more is he doesn't take my insurance.I feel so bad and don't know what to do good I have anxiety and depression should he have just left me out to dry when I was using my medication the way it was prescribed now I can't get in touch with him to let him know how terrible I feel.
