How the mind affects backpain? and how backpain affects the mind?

Hi,
dealing with chronic pain, the last episode lasting for 6 months, the mind can easily go into very dark places. I read about it, and while that holds very true, the mind can also affect back pain. be it via stress, or limiting beliefs, or fear. The interplay of the mind and back pain is a very complex one and one we better control of.
I decided to take my personal experience and start a newsletter about how the mind and backpain are related and how to keep a positive mind through the pain!
If you are interested, i'd be happy to hear from you.

    Hi Ben,

This is a great thing to discuss. I think our mind can get complacent in pain just as our bodies do.

Anything you want to know from other folks?

Good luck with your newsletter :)
  • Thanks @Sooverit  :)
Actually, there is. I'd be happy to hear how people are managing their own mental battle with pain and how they see the mind affecting their pain.
Also, if you are interested in joining, i'd be happy to have you on board and hear your feedback.
