What happened to my post about this the other day.
I can see that somebody responded but it won't load up and hasn't been posted in the forum for all to see.
Sure would be nice to know whether any one else can relate to this

    Hi tats,

I don't know what happened to it. Maybe a moderator will post soon to let you know.

What's up? How are you feeling? I hope you are ok. Chronic pain is such a vicious beast :(
It can be a very dark and lonely place to be trapped by it.

I'm sorry to hear of your suffering, friend.

re just your title alone, chronic pain can have many symptoms...including depression.
One of the goals is to seek help from your medical professionals as feelings are not to be depended upon, esp for any reason moorland life decision.

I referred myself to psychiatric care as I knew my morbid thoughts were not helpful..and to also prevent them from becoming reckless behavior. There are specialists who work with chronic pain and depression.
Somtimes meds may be needed, and not always as a forever thing. Just in help during transition. And one on one work with therapist can be a huge help.

Below are hotline numbers you may want to investigate. Sometimes it is helpful, sometimes you may not believe a cotton picking word they are saying.

Please reach out to someone-a doctor, a friend, a hot line. Suicide is never the answer!
