(PJK) proximal junctional kyphosis?

Has anyone been told you have it?  Did you have revision surgery?  My original surgeon says I have it.  I got 2 other surgeons opinions,  one never mentioned it the other said "I don't think you have it, but wants to see me back in 5 months.  I am so confused.  I have never felt " right" after first surgery, my hardware starts at T10 and I've always felt unable to stand up correctly.  I've always felt pitched forward.  My sagittal balance has gone from 23cm to 85cm.  My surgery was 2 years ago 6/2014.   The surgeons aren't sure if I am fully fused either, even after x-rays, ct scans and mri's.  Thanks for anyone who can give me any insight of this condition.  Will be seeing another surgeon soon for another opinion.
