Spinal Cord Stimulator Trial

Hi my name is Diane and have had 5 neurosurgeries in the past 10 years. My last surgery was May 2015 on my low back. I have a lot of plates rods screws etc. I go this Friday morning at 7 am 9/2/16 for my Medtronics trial. My question is do they sedate you well enough so you don't feel pain?  I am quite nervous. I have developed severe neuropathy in all my toes and pads of both feet along with low back pain. Please describe the procedure. Thank you.
