Hello I'm new looking for advice..

A few weeks ago I was on a boat and wound up slipping I didn't  totally fall just fell on my side and I didn't think much of it but the next day my back was really sore. The next couple of days my back hurt off and on but eventually it went away and now it started hurting again. The problem is I work in a bakery where I'm on my feet all day and there isn't any time to sit down unless it is break time. Do you think I'm injuring my back more my being constantly on my back?? Any advice would be helpful. I should add my back pain is mostly in the lower back and I don't have pain shooting pain in my legs except some soreness in my upper calf.

No I haven't. I wasn't really asking asking for medical advice I was asking should I see a doctor with the situation I described. I thought maybe someone had been in a similar situation.  Thanks again.

Many of us have had similar situations - We mostly all went to a DOCTOR (Not Chiro) for x-rays and evaluation.  Reminds me of when I broke a couple of ribs .... a couple of times.  Get checked of by a medical professional - M.D. or D.O. please.

    Regards.
