My rods are broke

So I have rods in my spine from top to bottom from my neck to my butt and the one rod broke completely in half. I have been in no accidents nothing not only that but now I suffer severe pain I can barely take care of my kids. I was told that titanium rods aren't supposed to break but mine did.and it broke in half not a screw loose I mean broken in half if I could I would show you all a picture. So not only did it break but now it's moving it's about 4 inches away from my spine and I am at a Loss as to what to do. I want to sue the manufacturer that made them because this is not right. I want something I was told I was going to have a normal life I was 15 when they did the surgery I'm 24 now and I am completely disabled can some one tell me how I could sue the manufacturer?

Have you been to see a doctor about this?
It seems that this would be serious enough ro warrant a visit very soon to find out exactly what went wrong.
First do that..your health should come first

if you think you have a case then you need to see a lawyer, spine-health does not give this kind of advice.
as william points out you need to speak to a doctor
