Entire spine pain

Have had three cervical spine surgeries last one feb 2016. NS told me that my spine is naturally fusing but said they dont know why. I have been diagnosed with psoratic arthritis 8 yrs ag also have skin lesions. In reading i have learned that a natural fusing of spine can be attributed to ankolosing spondylitis and this may be related tovthe psoratic arthris. Does anyone read things this way? Last surgery was c56 thru t12 rods and plates please advise
