did not sleep the hole night

im with a neck muscle strain (  lef trapezuis injury ) for 12 days and i was leaning always my neck to left side and putting my head down , but yesterday i slept about 2 hours as always on my left shoulder but when i woke i felt a pain in my windpipe its like its inside my chest and a hard respiration that leads me stay awake all night cuz a can no more sleep on that right side , left side hurts my injurie , sleeping on my back didnt help ( almost slept 1 hour and feel like a wanna puke ) so do i need surgey to repair my windpipe or i wait untill it goes away plz im szcaryy
