I have been scheduled for a triple cervical fusion the first week in November. After a year of injections, blocks, radio frequency ablation and more injections, I've finally got a great surgeon that found what my problem is. Degenerative Disk Disease. I'm terrified of this operation, but I know it's not going to get any better without it. I am 64 and very active. I hope to be able to get back to my cardio classes and Zumba next year. Any comments from anyone out there that has undergone this procedure are welcome!
