Experienced sufferer of low back pain

Its been 29 years since my first surgery. I've had six over all and multiple epidurals over the years. I've also had the opportunity to try every medication, old and new, that has hit the market. I'm willing to share any experience with anybody that may want an inside view on available procedures. I've aggressively managed my condition and have stayed strong, mobile, and upright. I've had ups and downs, bad doctors, and a couple of amazing ones that have kept me going. All I can say to start with is stay strong, and keep moving, no matter how uncomfortable you may be. Hit me back if you want.
