  • Hi, the best way to quit smoking is to start decreasing the number of cigarettes in a day. You can also try online videos to stop smoking.

  • I went cold turkey and sustituted tic-tacs for cigs. I saved the big replacement items for first thing in the morning and after meals. My big items were similar to everyone elses, exercise, reading and working in the yard or shop. Good luck and keep it one day at a time.

  • I used to smoke a lot, then I noticed a few people in my family died of smokimg, thatade me stop, 

    Found it easy just smoked 5 a day, then 1 a day then forgot all about it give it a go.

    Either that or it will kill you, good luck

    One tip I was given - when you get a craving to have one, wait for at least two minutes and do something, then see if the craving is still as bad.  I found it wasn't.  Very mind over matter :-)

    Many years ago, but it worked and cannot imagine smoking now.  All my clothes and everything must have smelt disgusting, but I didn't notice it until I went into somebodys house with non smokers, with lovely smelling clothes and hair and it stood out like crazy.  Make some new non smoking friends or hang out with ones that don't smoke :-)
