Ringing in the ears and neck issues

I recently had sinus surgery, and now severer tinnitus.   I have been previously diagnosed with c3 thru c6 herniated disk, in which some where there is pinching my spinal cord, as well as, l4-l5.    I have had 8 doctors say, I need surgery, last 1 said,  "you are not a candidate ". I am in chronic pain and fed up!  At one point on time, a few months back, they thought I had CSF leak.....but it's like I am a hamster on a treadmill.  ....still going, and being passed on to next doctor.    After seeing my PCP, Friday...we agreed to keep looking and possible go out of state.   Any ideas and advice would be greatly appreciated!
