Anterior Fusion T10-T11! HELP!

I am 28! I have extreme back pain. When I wake up in the mornings, afternoons and nights. It has been going on for over 8 months now. The pain is above buttocks below mid back. I had an scan done in the ER that showed I have anterior fusion of T10 and T11, not from an injury. Could that be causing the pain? Is there any way to find relief? I am in tears now because I am unable to bend down.

The ER just told me to follow up and didn't even help.
