I am not sure who it was now, but some kind soul on here recommended the SPinal Stablisation book by Rick Jemmett based on the Australian study. (I actually had to get it from the US though).
Well, it is great!
I read the first few chapters and it really explains why different rehab/treatment exercises dont work. Then it explains how the back really works....and the best thing is it
lines up with what my PT is doing, so now i understand her.
I was having all sorts of trouble finding my TVA until i read this
