i had slight compression at L4-L5. the back pain has completely subsided owing to physiotherapy however the pain in the left leg (behind the knee) and the butt is not going off. I was regular with my gym but had to go off it owing to the pain. kindly provide me with details for a cure or excercise to get the same cured.
