Avatars - Better resolution

I have posted this subject many times and I still think its something for members to look at.
When you find a picture that you want to use for your avatar, there are a few things that you should follow:

1) Has to be no larger than 85 x 85 pixel resolution
2) File can not be bigger than 30kb
3) File should be SAVED for the WEB

Following this rules and you should have a crisp clean avatar
