  • Hi Dewy Welcome to spine health!!! :H

The kidney can cause us all different type of issues and pain the back. Sometimes not all the time a stone or infection will have symptoms of back pain. This all coming from personal experience with stones and kidney problems.
I have never had enlarged kidney though.
What has your dr said about this????
I personally think if it was enlarged it would be putting pressure on the back. Where is your pain exactly located?
Have you had a MRI or CT scan done yet???

Sorry for so many questions but it may help us give you some experiences. As your question was very short and did not give us much information.

Let us know when you can
    Terri ;)
