Hello from UK,

I have Ankylosing Spondylitis & Scoliosis. My spine is almost completely fused, my hips; knees; feet; shoulders and hands are also affected either by the AS or Arthritis triggered by the AS!
Due to me having a complex medical history, including: 4 heart attacks, which have left their own particular problems; mitral valve prolapse; heart failure; stroke; pulmonary embolism; major gastric haemorrhage and Diabetes. I may well have forgotten something but I think you get the idea!!
All my doctors can offer me is to help with the reduction of pain by provision of Morphine! I cannot take NSAIDs due to an intolerance to Aspirin. I cannot be placed on Anti-TNF therapy due to my heart problems.
Thank goodness for Morphine!
Best regards

I'm glad that you have the morphine and that it helps your pain. Sorry you have so many health problems. I'm thankful in that at least other than these spinal issues I'm pretty healthy. I hope anyway.
    Take care
