Anyone experience permanent pain in hip, leg and rear after cervical epidural injection?

I had an epidural shot in my neck in August of '08. When I got off the table, I felt like I had dislocated my hip. That night unbearable pain shot down my leg to the beat of a pulse. In the morning and since then, I have permanent pain around my hip and butt. You cannot touch me there without it hurting. I have nonstop throbbing in that area, cannot sleep on my left side because of the pain, when I am sitting and go to stand up, I have a hard time walking straight at first because of the pain on the left. It feels like you are hammering my hip bones, and they are bruised. At night the pain also seems to shoot down my left leg and also feels like muscle pain on top of the bone pain. Has anyone else ever had this sort of problem after a cervical epidural?

  • Are you taking any pain relief meds to help? Here's a great site that my doctor referred me to where you can order your pain relief meds without a prescription or insurance as they have U.S. licensed doctors and pharmacies online. The meds are much cheaper and you can get your meds overnight! I take Tramadol for my pain relief so you might give it a try. The site is www.medicinenoprescription.org

Good luck and hope this helps you!
  • I felt pressure in the chest and pain shoot down the arms, but it went away. I have read that in severe cases of cervical disc problems, people do complain of having problems in the legs and bladder.
