Have started getting weird chill feelings in legs

Has anyone experienced a chilly, almost goose bump feeling in their legs? I've had ALIF L4/L5 and then 6 mos. later a revision PLIF on L3/4/5 to add hardware since one of my cages had rocked out some into the canal. I'm back at work since Feb, but since being back to work, I've had neck issues. My neck MRI shows disc material at C6/7 out into the cord, but they didn't see any nerve root compression, just spinal stenosis all over.

Can this creepy/crawly feeling in my legs (happens after sitting for an hour) be coming from my previous fusion surgeries and the Lumbar nerves, or from my neck? It's like my skin is crawling, it feels like waves of goose bumps that go down to my toes, hard to explain. It doesn't hurt and isn't zapping shock feelings like sciatica. I'm just trying to figure out what's going on. This is a new symptom I guess.
