Just wanted to tell everyone that I "passed" my 6 week postOp. and will start physical therapy next week.

I am so relieved that the I am doing so well.

Thank you everyone for giving me support and advice! So here is another success story.

This is my plan to avoid surgery (if possible):

-stay within the recommended weight
-don't to anything stupid (like moving furniture in the home or at school)--this one is going to hard.
-be thankful/positive
-anything else?
-oh...drive safely....I should have a bumper sticker that reads "A Spiney On Board"
