Just wanted to say happy November 1st to everyone! It's a beautiful sunny day here in Cincinnati Ohio.

I'm 11 days post-op from my 360 fusion (L3/4/5). I feel pretty darn good today and just want to post it.

Thanks to my oh-so-awesome mother who has taken such wonderful care of me through this. It's been rough - and rough on her, too.

Lovin Life -

  • I am a month post op 360, so I am a little ahead of you. I hope you surgery has helped you as much as mine has helped me. It was beautiful here in Vernon, Alabama today as well. After raing nearly every day for a month, the sun looks wonderful. It is good to have special people who are there for us. By the tome you read this it may be Happy Nov 2. God bless and keep us informed of your progress!
  • Congrats Susan! I am 12 days post L5/S1 fusion and I am feeling really good as well.. I have started walking a few miles per day.. Got my staples out a few days ago and other than being a little sore after a day that I spend on my feet, I feel pretty darn good for this short of time after surgery! Keep us posted!
  • Good to hear this positive news from folks.
    Very uplifting!
  • Instead of the "soul" train, we have the "fusion" train above (LOL!) -- Thank you for sharing your positive recuperative experiences -- may you all continue to heal and progress toward a better day.

    Take care,
