MRI Results Are In

Went to see my surgeon today for my MRI results. It seems as though my C3 and C7 are now bulging and that is causing my extreme pain. I guess it is common for the discs above and below your fusion to go which is exactly what has happened. They haven't ruptured yet but could. My dr. wants to try therapy (been there done that) to see if it will help and also injections AGAIN. I feel like I have a bad case of dejavu. I start therapy Thursday night after work. I don't hold much faith in it as it did nothing but make me worse when I went before my surgery. Not to mention that I really can't afford this right now. Ugh, I just want this nightmare to be over and my life back to normal.

  • I'm sorry.

Gosh I know exactly how you feel. It is hard to be excited about anything, accomplish anything or live your life when each day is a challenge and being in pain is like being stuck in pergatory.

I hope the Therapy & the injections work some magic for you.

I feel like my pain is a full time job lately.
