Anyone taking nsaids with antidepressants/antianxiety meds

I'm going to see the doc next week for my anxiety, sometimes depression issues, I've heard that you shouldn't take various meds because of risk of bleeding, I'm already on hydrocodone and meloxicam (mobic). Anyone taking a nsaid and an antidepressant? It's getting harder to deal with the emotional side to being in pain everyday, like I'm sure everyone here can relate to. Thanks, Momma

  • i take NSAIDS and psychotropics and have no problems. your doctor will be able to find a combination that works together so you can have some emotional relief as well as your physical relief with pain medications. =D> hold on alittle bit longer but do so knowing there is help on the way. :D Jenny :)
  • Thank you for your encouragement I really appreciate it. My appointment is next week, I actually cancelled the one I had 2 weeks ago because I didn't want to face the truth with the doctor and look into medication. I'm pretty sensitive to the side affects, at least that was my experience in the past. I need to go in with a better attitude and hear what she has to offer. Thank you Jenny. Momma :)))
