I fell last yr actually landed on my right rear really hard, I thought I was lucky only got bad cuts on one leg but walked ok. A couple of days later it hit me, pain from lower back going down into groin & right thigh. My back doesn't hurt but the groin pain is bad & into leg. Had MRI sd bulging disc assoc w/spinal stenosis, disc herniation, prominent degenerative changes in facet joints l4-l5 & l5-S1, Tarlov cyst w/sptation 30mm. Taled to radiologist who is very good know him for yrs sd the tarlov cyst has been there for yrs no change no problem. I have gone to chiro & acupuncture no help at all. My Dr gave hydrocodone pills does nothing. I won't take oxy so just wondering what treatment works for this if anyone had it. Its the groin pain thats the worst. thanks
