I've had 2 failed surgeries for severe spinal stenosis, my last one being in July 2009. I am now awaiting for my 2nd opinion from another neurosurgeon, which won't be until the middle of March. I still have severe lower spine pain, as well as pain on the right side (surgeon only worked on my left side). A few days ago I started experiencing weakness in my upper thighs on both legs, which has now made me very scared. The best way that I can explain it is that my upper thighs kind of feel like wet noodles. Can anybody tell me if this is normal?
