I will get my surgery done....then back to getting into shape....or at least a better shape to look at......

    Keep posting as time gets closer. If you're like any other normal human being, your nerves will start creeping up on you. It's a scary thing to have done, but you'll do just fine and will home recuperating before you know it.

  • Posterior laminectomy without doing fusion seems to be more common lately. I am sure you have researched this and know what to expect. I'm anxious to hear of how your recovery goes. Good luck with your surgery on the 26th.

    Surviving chronic pain one day at a time, praying for a reprieve because living another 40 years like this doesn't sound too fun!
