Odd new pain

Ok I am about 3 months post L5/S1 fusion. I have been doing really, really well.. I had my second return visit and the XRAYS looked great, fusion is MOVING along, Doc said I am to get a cat scan in Feb and have a return visit in early March and if things continue at this pace I will be released to do what I want. I have had little pains here and there.. About 6 weeks post surgery I had some "charlie horse" type pains in my hamstrings. I stretched a little more and drank plenty of water which did wonders. I have been walking 2-3 miles a day this entire time.. After my last appointment I began a LIGHT interval with my walk.. I walk 5 minutes and do a very, very light job for about 2 minutes.. I actually began that before I saw my doctor.. NO PROBLEMS! Well this past week I have noticed a little throbbing in my hamstrings, a "tight" feeling in my calves and I know this sounds funny but my heels hurt. It is almost a deep throbbing at times?? Any advice.. I ice 2-3 times a day still but this new little pain worries me!
