I just registered and went through all the steps so I could thank the person who wrote the wonderful "56 Things to do while recovering from Surgery" = I think your name is Stephanie.
I had surgery 6 weeks ago and started PT today. I had a L4/L5 fusion and an S1 correction. It was the scariest decision I've ever had to make, but I had a wonderful surgeon, and from the moment I took my first steps in the hospital, I was pain free.
If anybody needs info, I'm not too technical, but I know that after 7 years of pain and trying everything else, this is a miracle I will cherish for the rest of my life.
