I have been struggling with exercise because it flares up pain but I am doing it at least three times a week riding a recumbent bike or walking.

I would like to try Zumba. Has anyone done this with great results? I think it will make me feel like a real person again lol, not all stiff and numb.

I am looking for weight loss as I slowly have put on a few kgs since injury and surgery.

Plus I talked this over with my doctors. The final analysis was that ZUMBA was not the right thing for my spine.
Keep in mind, I have lumbar, thoracic and cervical issues.
Before jumping into ZUMBA , talk it over with your doctor

L1 - S2 "gone" useless in 1 way or another. DDD. RA. Bone Spurs. Tons of nerve damage/issues. Stenosis. Both knees replaced. 50 yrs old. I had a great fall (hence my user name) at age 41 and it has been a domino effect every since.
