miammia Posts: 72
Can anyone help me with this?My toes are curling and hurting so badly!I have to hold them to keep them from curling.Anyone know what this is?Please help I am in such pain right now....Thanks

  • found out it could be my back causeing the curling...talk to doc soon thanks
  • Hi Mia,
I don't know what causes it, but I do get something similar. I get terrible cramps in my toes, and they tend to curl under when that happens. I have had back problems for quite a while, but had a Laminectomy in Dec. which really helped my back.(I had herniated disc at l4/l5 and l5/s1 which was pressing on my nerve) But I still get the toe cramps. It is SO painful.

If you find anything out from the Doc., I'd be interested in hearing about it too! Hope it's been getting better for you.

    Take care,
  • I use to have a lot of problems with my toes cramping and drawing up. I also had horrid cramps in my legs. Yes it's very painfull! I take Skalaxin 800mg three a day and it stops all my cramping. It is very expencive.....over $350.00 for a bottle of 90. But to me it's well worth it....no more nightly cramping!! It is the only muscle relaxer that actually helps me.
Good luck with your Doctor. Let us know what you find out.
    Cheers :H
