My name is Dot and I have been having pain for about a year and a half. It started when my class was moved to the top of a hill in a trailer. I was diagnosed with lumbar facet arthritis (L4-L5, S-1).
Have had several procedures since then and no help. I have been reading the pots and hope to get some help.

  • Welcome to Spine-Health. You might want to peruse the articles and videos on the main site regarding your situation. It might help you get some insight into how this sort of spine problem is treated.

What kind of doctor are you seeing and what test(s) did you have done leading to this diagnosis? What does the doctor say s/he wants to do about your pain?

The more info you give us the more we can help. There are many members here, myself included, who have lumbar issues but no two of us are alike.

I have to assume from your screen name that you like to sew. I like to sew, not a lot, but it's very difficult now with my cervical issues. Luckily, it's something that you can take a break from on a regular basis.

Take care and please let us know more about you.
  • Sorry, Dot, I should have addressed you by your name, Dot, not your screen name. My apologies.
