While I am recoverying

from my upcoming Shoulder surgery, I will not be online that often.

Jeauxbert and Tamtam will be providing Spine-Health Administration functions during my absence. I know the entire site will be in good hands with the both of them.

Now, as you know I am a computer geek. Getting online every day is just like having 3 meals a day. With all of my prior surgeries, it was only a short time before I could log on and have some activity.

This will be different. The first 7 weeks, I will be in a body sling and the only time I can come out is for some Physical Therapy work and showering.

Now, I already know, that this will be very difficult and hard. The surgery, well, I always have a glass half full so I know that wont be a problem. But staying away from the computer and more directly Spine-Health, gosh know what kind of toll that will take.

Ok, back to the subject at hand. During my absence, I will be turning off "Allow Private Messages" Since, I will not be able to view/respond any of those for a while, I wanted to shut down my abilities to send/receive messages.

I just think it would be unfair if someone sent me a message while I was out and I didnt respond to it. That I dont want to happen.

So in addition to giving Jeauxbert and Tamtam your total support, when the time comes to send a message that needs addressing, please send it to one of the moderators or to
anyone in the Authority team.

Just look at my signature line, it spells out the Moderators and Authority team.

Thanks in advance, I will still be here for a least a week to bug everyone..

I want this surgery to happen so badly, but I know its going to be a long recovery period. Now that to mean translates limited time on Spine-Health!!!

I think I will need a support group to deal with the fact I am not on Spine-Health daily.

I have said this before and I will say it again....
What makes Spine-Health so special and what sets it apart from other online medical forums, is YOU, the MEMBERS.
Without you, this site would not be as nearly robust as it is today

Its been about 2 weeks since my shoulder surgery. Being in a sling all day and since its my left hand which is my dominant hand, I havent been on much, since typing takes about 30 minutes per post.

I also havent been staying online much, meds and such just arent mixing.

Glad to have the Moderator and Authority team here to keep things going.

And again, always thanks to you the members.

I hopefully, will be coming back more often in the Mid-May time period
