Double Cervical Disk Herniation Relapse

Hi there

Had two bulging disks at C4/C5 and C6/C7 - have been doing physio and diclofenac but runnig around with all teh flight disruptions this week I have ended up with worse pain than ever before that extends up into my Atlas. I am worried that I have now herniated another disk- is it possible to do so above C4 and are there any treatment options out there that are agressive but do not involve replacing the same disk.

Be interested to hear from anyone who has also had a relapse
and how they coped. Also if there are any support groups in teh UK for patients with cervical disk ruptures.
