Having Surgery

I am having a discectomy and 3 level cervical fusion on the 30th of Dec. I will be out of work for 3 months. I am worried about what to expect after surgery. My only bathroom is on the upper level of my house and I am worried about the stairs. Also will I be able to use my treadmill for my walking program after surgery? What can I expect after I get home from the hospital? About how long will someone have to stay with me after I get home? What is it like wearing a neckbrace all the time? Thanks
