Lots of pain

I have been having a lot of pain that over the years has taken on a life of its own.
The disabling effects began with ischemia of large intestine. My blood vessels have a few rare conditions that are messing with every system in my body...ischemia...heart, head, kidney...also nerve involvement.
Most recently, another stroke. Previous strokes, I only fell down. This stroke, 3 weeks old, and hurts with right sided weakness.
I'm new here...kind of need someone to talk to. I so don't want to suck the life out of my family and friends.
Thanks for... any understanding and communication.
