Hello all.

I am new to this forum but not new to back pain. I had surgery about 8 years ago on my L4/5 disc. About 5 years ago it re-hernatied as well as the disc above and below.

I was managing really well with steroid injections and extension exercises but now I'm pregnant and can't have the imaging that goes with the injections or lay on my stomach.

So I thought I'd drop in here and see how others have managed their pain during pregnancy. So far I've been managing with Tylenol arthritis during the day, Tylenol 3's at night, a great massage therapist, and a husband who doesn't minimize my pain and helps with everything.
